This update has been delayed by more than 10 hours. Debugging encountered unexpected difficulties. These bugs almost destroyed us in the last 10 hours. In spite of going back to the code of the version 4 upgrade, the Android version still crashed frequently. As a result, we were completely blown away, and I almost drafted an announcement of the delay.
The problem we faced as well as all the others that were in front of us were solved thanks to our determination. It has now been prepared for distribution in version 5.
Our setback this time, however, taught me that we still lack proficiency with Godot. A big issue emerges out of nowhere and derails all your plans just when the update date approaches and you're confident you can complete it on time. In the upcoming update cycle, I was thinking of experimenting with an alternative update schedule by stopping the system and tale from being updated simultaneously.
To shift most of the debugging to this point, I intend to release v5.5 in the middle of the next update cycle (June 17). Most of the improvements in this version will be systemic. The version 6 update, which focuses primarily on the narrative, will be released after the cycle.
